For most, this is a matter of staying healthy as long as possible. The thing is, your body was created to work as a machine. When each part of the machine is cared for, the whole machine works the best that this can. When the device is neglected either partly or in the complete, then your machine won't run well and eventually won't run in any way.
If a car, for example, is well retained for many years, it will last many years much longer. If it isn't looked after, for example you do not change the engine oil in it, you lower several years off the life span of the car. That's costly for you, however when you understand this as your body, you are shaving away times, weeks, and even years off. Of your life when you don't take care of your machine (your system.)

Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. While you were three you were probably taught to brush your tooth. You learned to put your clothes on. If you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Will you worry about brushing your tooth today? No, because from the habit. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.
It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not carrying it out. You'll claim that getting fit is just too hard. You merely can't quit what you like. That isn't true.
