Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. While you were three you were probably taught to brush your pearly whites. You learned to place your clothes on. When you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Does one worry about cleaning your teeth today?
