Fitness is not something that you have to struggle with. If you were three you were probably educated to clean your teeth. You learned to put your clothes on. Once you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Does one worry about cleaning your teeth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.
It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and staying healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not doing it. You'll claim that getting fit is merely too hard. You just can't give up what you like. That isn't true.
