For most, it is just a matter of staying healthy so long as possible. You observe, your body is designed to are a machine. When each part of the machine is cared for, the whole machine works the best that it can. Fitness is not something that you have to struggle with. Once you were three you were probably educated to brush your teeth. You learned to put your clothes on. While you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about.
