For most, this is a matter of remaining healthy so long as possible. The thing is, your body is designed to are a machine. When each part of the machine is looked after, the entire machine works the best that it can. When the machine is neglected either in part or in the complete, then the machine won't run well and finally won't run by any means.
If a car, for example, is well retained for quite some time, it will go on many years much longer. If it is not taken care of, for example you do not change the petrol in it, you cut many years off the life span of the car. That's costly for you, but when you look at this as the body, you are shaving away times, weeks, and even years off. You will ever have when you do not care for your machine (your body.)

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. Whenever you were three you were probably trained to brush your tooth. You learned to place your clothes on. Whenever you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you really worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.
It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not carrying it out. You'll declare that getting fit is just too hard. You merely can't quit what you like. That's not true.

If you have will power to conserve your life by sacrificing for only a few weeks. You'll see that fitness can be easily perfected by you.
Our first goal is to find out predicament right now. Don't get worried, this is pain-free, but it could harm your ego a little to do it. Nevertheless, it's an important first step.
